ABOUT
How does this work?
We start by getting you scheduled for a meet and greet with your pet(s) in your home so that we can go over your options for care. This helps us to get to know you as pet parents and gives you a chance to get to know what we are able to provide. Once we ensure that we are a good fit for one another we will go ahead and get your Pet Parent Profile set up so that you can begin booking services!
If you still have questions, please view the FAQ below. Or email us at petclubllc@protonmail.com

We currently offer services for many different types of domesticated animals. Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, reptiles, chickens, goats etc.

We ask that you provide a 30 day notice for boarding and overnight care that is scheduled, especially during high demand times so that we can fill our schedule with another client needing care. We ask that you provide a 24 hour notice for any drop in visits and hikes as we typically build out our schedule the day before, without a cancellation notice it is hard for us to make up the last minute opening for another client.
-
We choose not to split care with other care providers or family members. We take our pet care services very seriously and are as meticulous and thorough as possible. We like to make sure that everyone is on the same page with expectations and find that the less hands in the pot the easier for us to provide care.
